How to make it

  • Fry the sago for few mins .
  • Grind powder.
  • Boil 2 cups of water in a pan .
  • Mix sago with 1 cup of water
  • Add to the boiling water with the food colour .
  • Stir it for few mins .
  • Now add the sugar and continue to stir until it thickens .
  • Pour the ghee slowly into the mixture abit by bit .
  • Add the nuts .
  • Cut this halva into small pieces and serve .
