Sago Halva

- 1 C Sago shopping list
- 2 C sugar shopping list
- 1 to 2 C ghee shopping list
- 1 C cashew nuts shopping list
- Pinch of food colour shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the sago for few mins .
- Grind powder.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan .
- Mix sago with 1 cup of water
- Add to the boiling water with the food colour .
- Stir it for few mins .
- Now add the sugar and continue to stir until it thickens .
- Pour the ghee slowly into the mixture abit by bit .
- Add the nuts .
- Cut this halva into small pieces and serve .
