Ingredients
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Brandy
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
  • 3 to 4 drops Rose Water (Can get at drug store)

Directions
  1. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff but not dry.
  2. Gradually beat in Powdered Sugar, beating constantly until egg whites hold their peaks.
  3. Fold into this mixture Brandy, Orange Zest, and Rose Water.
  4. Serve Chilled.
