Jambalaya-so Easy

- 1 lb bag long grain wild rice shopping list
- 1 lb sausage ( I use andouille for an extra kick) shopping list
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced shopping list
- 8 oz can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 10.5 oz can of beef bouillon soup shopping list
- 10.5 oz can of French onion soup shopping list
- 1 stick of butter, cut into tablespoons shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup green bell peppers, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped shopping list
- Your favorite cajun seasoning....I like Zataran's shopping list
- Dash of tabasco (optional, to taste) shopping list
- cayenne pepper (optional, to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together (except for Cajun seasoning) in 2-guart greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on top, be generous
- Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours covered.
- Stir every 15 mins.
- *You can substitute shrimp for either the chicken or sausage.
