Feta Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
I love serving these musrooms with baked chicken and salad.

Ingredients
  • 8 - 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crumbled feta (enough to fill each mushroom cap)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan (fresh or packaged)
  • 1 cup italian dressing
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions
  1. wash mushrooms and pull out stems
  2. place mushrooms face down in a skillet
  3. pour italian dressing and balsamic vinegar over mushrooms
  4. make sure they are coated
  5. saute for about 10 minutes on medium high
  6. flip mushroom caps over and fill with feta
  7. spoon some of the excess dressing over the filled mushrooms
  8. saute for about 10 more minutes...reduce heat to medium
  9. sprinkle parmesan cheese over the stuffed portion of the mushroom
  10. spoon some more of the excess dressing over the mushrooms
  11. turn on low and let cook for about 10 more minutes
