feta stuffed mushrooms

- 8 - 12 large mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup crumbled feta (enough to fill each mushroom cap) shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan (fresh or packaged) shopping list
- 1 cup Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- wash mushrooms and pull out stems
- place mushrooms face down in a skillet
- pour italian dressing and balsamic vinegar over mushrooms
- make sure they are coated
- saute for about 10 minutes on medium high
- flip mushroom caps over and fill with feta
- spoon some of the excess dressing over the filled mushrooms
- saute for about 10 more minutes...reduce heat to medium
- sprinkle parmesan cheese over the stuffed portion of the mushroom
- spoon some more of the excess dressing over the mushrooms
- turn on low and let cook for about 10 more minutes
