Ingredients
  • Take peel of about 6 Oranges,cut up 12 strips of the peel about 1/4" wide and 1" long.
  • Poke small holes in duck breast every 1-1/2 " square and force peel down into holes.
  • Place the rest of the peel on top of bird until completely covered,more the better,placing peel along sides of bird close to the duck.
  • Place a Dark Brown Marsh Rice in duck and roast until done.
