Southern BBQ Ham Steaks

- 1/2 cup apricot preserves shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoons minced fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs ham steaks shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the broiler or prepare the grill. If broiling, line a broiler tray with foil and lightly oil the rack. If griller, lightly oil the grill rack.
- In a small saucepan, warm the preserves, lemon juice, ginger and mustard over medium low heat, stirring until the preserves are melted and the mixture is smooth, 2-3 minutes.
- Put the ham steaks on the prepared broiler pan or grill. Brush the top with some of the sauce.
- Grill or broil the ham steaks 4-5 inches from heat, turning once and brushing with more sauce, until golden brown. about 10 minutes. Serve right away.
