How to make it

  • Put 3 tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil small pan. Add chopped garlic, turn frequently, and cook until it just begins to turn a golden brown.
  • Remove garlic from pan quickly. Set aside. Place pan with remaining oil back on the stove. High heat.
  • Fry sliced steak in the garlic oil you have just created. About 30 seconds on each side.
  • Remove steak and set aside.
  • Combine salad greens in bowl with olive oil (at least 3 tablespoons) and seasonings. Turn salad greens until they are well coated with the oil/seasonings mixture.
  • Add steak to bowl and mix salad again.
  • Add balsamic vinegar to taste. Mix salad greens a final time.
  • Add salad toppers and grating cheese of your choice. Serve.
