  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese
  • 1 16 ounce salsa
  • chips, corn or tortilla

Directions
  1. Brown beef in a 12 inch skillet
  2. add cubed cheese and salsa
  3. cover and let cheese melt
  4. stir and serve with chips
