- 100g Rajma Dahl shopping list
- 50g black gram shopping list
- 50g Bengal gram shopping list
- 100g tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder shopping list
- 5g garam masala shopping list
- 50g onions, chopped shopping list
- 50g butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste shopping list
- 2 green chilies, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp turmeric shopping list
- 50g oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix the Rajma Dahl and Black gram and soak in water for 5-6 hours. To this add Bengal gram and pressure cook for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions and ginger-garlic paste for few minutes. Then add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- 3. To this, add tomatoes and cook until they are mushy.
- 4. When thick gravy forms, add boiled Dahl and cook with salt and water if required for 10-15 minutes.
- 5. Now add garam masala and stir well. Remove from heat and serve with rice or chapathis.
