Healthy Veg Soup

- 1.carrots 3 shopping list
- 2.celery stick 1 shopping list
- 3.Onion 1 shopping list
- 4.cut green beans(french shopping list
- beans) 1 cup shopping list
- 5.Tomato 1 big shopping list
- 6.potatoes 1 medium shopping list
- 7.Rajma 1/2 cup shopping list
- 8. coriander shopping list
- 9. salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 10. 1 tbsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Wash and Cut all the
- vegetables in medium
- chunks.
- 2. In a deep vessel put oil
- heat, then put diced onions
- saute.
- 3. Add carrots,potatoes and
- celery,cook for 3 min.s
- 4. Then add green beans,saute
- for another 2 mins.
- 5. Add dieced tomatoes, stir,
- cover the vessel with lid
- and keep on medium flame
- for 5 mins.
- 6. Add water app. 1
- ltr.,salt and pepper.
- Cover with lid so that the
- steam esapes thro' little
- opening.
- 7. Keep boiling for 50
- mins. then add rajma.
- 8. Serv once Rajma is cooked
- or till the soup reaches
- your desired consistancy.
- 9. Garnish with coriander.
