How to make it

  • 1. Wash and Cut all the
  • vegetables in medium
  • chunks.
  • 2. In a deep vessel put oil
  • heat, then put diced onions
  • saute.
  • 3. Add carrots,potatoes and
  • celery,cook for 3 min.s
  • 4. Then add green beans,saute
  • for another 2 mins.
  • 5. Add dieced tomatoes, stir,
  • cover the vessel with lid
  • and keep on medium flame
  • for 5 mins.
  • 6. Add water app. 1
  • ltr.,salt and pepper.
  • Cover with lid so that the
  • steam esapes thro' little
  • opening.
  • 7. Keep boiling for 50
  • mins. then add rajma.
  • 8. Serv once Rajma is cooked
  • or till the soup reaches
  • your desired consistancy.
  • 9. Garnish with coriander.
