Butterscotch Gingerbread Men

- cookie Dough: shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix shopping list
- 1egg shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- ------------------------------- shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. milk shopping list
- Assorted decorator candies shopping list
- raisins shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and pudding mix. Add egg. Combine flour, ginger, baking soda and cinnamon; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out to 1/8" thick. Cut with a 5" gingerbread man cutter. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
- To decorate: Combine powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Frost and decorate cookies with candies and raisins.
