How to make it

  • Let cream cheese sit and get to room temperature (about 1/2 an hour) so it's nice and soft. Or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Mix cream cheese, romano and artichoke hearts.
  • Cut Pita bread into small strips or squares, or just randomly rip into pieces.
  • Dip! Or use some sort of civilized eating utensil to spread the dip onto the small pieces of bread. :)

    Civilization is over rated at times...will not be using a utensil on this one,just believe that it would not taste the same.Thank-you for the recipe.
