Margarita-Style Drunken Steak

- 3/4c tequila shopping list
- 1/4c triple sec shopping list
- 1Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/2tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1Tbs finely chopped cilantro leaves shopping list
- 1 flank steak(about11/2lbs),scored on both sides at 11/2" intervals shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk tequila,triple sed,granulated sugar,cumin and cayenne in bowl till sugar dissolves. Transfer 1/4 c tequila mixture to small bowl and stir in cilantro;set aside. Place remaining marinade and steak in zip-lock bag.Ptress air out of bag,seal and refrigerate for at least an hour or up to 4 hours.
- Remove steak from bag,pat dry ,discard marinade. Grill steak over hot fire until well-browned and cooked to desired doneness,4 to 7 mins. a side
- Transfer steak to cutting board,tent with foil,and let rest 5 mins. Slice thinly on bias and against grain. Drizzle with reserved tequila mixture. Serve

This sounds really great. It seems that not only does the steak get drunk but who ever eats it may get drunk too. I'll save this one for just the hubby and me. Got my five, thanks.
