Buffalo Chicken Pizza Easy

- 1 lb chicken shopping list
- 1/4 cup of Frank Red Hot (or you hot sauce of choice) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of butter melted ( I use smart balance and it works great) shopping list
- 1 ready to bake pizza crust ( Mama Mary's is my favorite) shopping list
- blue cheese Crumbles shopping list
- green onions sliced (2 or 3) shopping list
- celery sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of Co-Jack shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to the temperature that is directed by the pizza crust (425 or 450)
- Cook chicken in a pan and the cut in to bite size chunks
- Mix the Red Hot and melted butter
- Put the chicken in a bowl and dump the sauce over top
- Stir to coat the chicken
- Put the chicken on the bottom of the pizza crust with the sauce (if the sauce does not cover the bottom of the crust just make another batch to your preference)
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup of co-jack over the chicken
- Add the green onion slices and celery slices
- Add the remaining cheese and blue cheese crumbles (not to many they are rich...just enough to get a few on each slice)
- Bake as directed on the crust package (around 12 minutes)
