- water shopping list
- Split chicken Brest (~1 lb) shopping list
- chicken bouillon cube shopping list
- 1 Box Augratin potatoes shopping list
- broccoli shopping list
- carrots shopping list
- ~2 inch Chunk of Velveeta - (I use 2% milk Fat Velveeta) shopping list
- ~1 Cup Half and Half - (I use Fat Free Half and Half) shopping list
How to make it
- Fill 3 quart stock pot with water
- Add chicken breast and bouillon cube to pot
- Boil for 45 minutes or until chicken is done
- Remove chicken and shred meat from bone
- Add dry potatoes while shredding chicken
- Boil until potatoes are tender
- Add augratin cheese packet to pot
- Stir until well blended
- Add shredded chicken to pot.
- Add broccoli and carrots to pot
- Cook until vegetables are tender
- Add Velveeta and half and half
- Simmer until desired consistency
