- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning shopping list
- 15 ounce can refried beans shopping list
- 1 package won ton skins shopping list
- 4 tablespoons chopped green chilies shopping list
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese grated shopping list
How to make it
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- Chunky salsa
- Sour cream
- Cook ground beef until browned then drain well.
- Mix in taco seasoning, beans, cheese and chilies.
- Place a generous teaspoon mixture on center of wonton skin.
- Fold sides over forming an envelope then moisten points and press to seal.
- Repeat until all skins are filled then fry a few at a time in hot oil for 1 minute per side.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
