How to make it

  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • Chunky salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Cook ground beef until browned then drain well.
  • Mix in taco seasoning, beans, cheese and chilies.
  • Place a generous teaspoon mixture on center of wonton skin.
  • Fold sides over forming an envelope then moisten points and press to seal.
  • Repeat until all skins are filled then fry a few at a time in hot oil for 1 minute per side.
  • Serve with salsa and sour cream.
