Ingredients
  • 1 small (4 oz) package sugar free vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 15-oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients well in a large bowl.
  2. Add pineapple and its juice. Mix well.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes.
