Nutty Baked Squash

- 2 acorn squash shopping list
- 2/3c cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/3c coarsely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/3c butter or margarine,melted shopping list
- 3Tbs brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Cut squash in half-remove seeds and fibers. Mix all ingredients together and spoon 1/4 of mixture into each half. Put water in a baking dish(big enough to hold 4 halves) to 1/4: depth Put in squash and cover with foil.
- Bake at 400 for 30 mins. or till tender.
