How to make it

  • Cut squash in half-remove seeds and fibers. Mix all ingredients together and spoon 1/4 of mixture into each half. Put water in a baking dish(big enough to hold 4 halves) to 1/4: depth Put in squash and cover with foil.
  • Bake at 400 for 30 mins. or till tender.
