How to make it

  • In a large family size skillet heat olive oil and add the salt to melt
  • Add smashed cloves of garlic and sliced onions and saute then add mushrooms and saute a minute or so
  • Next add broth and can of mushroom soup
  • Add meat and bring to boil the cover and reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Remove lid and bring back to boil to reduce some of the liquid if its more gravy than you want
  • Then add cornstarch mixed with just enough water to mix into gravy to thicken
  • Put in the spinch 1 to 2 minutes just to wilt and then add feta cheese and serve
