This is something that I have had great success with even though the recipe was born out of neccessity.

Ingredients
  • 24 ounce sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups colby jack cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 pkg taco seosoning
  • 3 cups cooked pasta rotini shaped
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1/2 green onions

Directions
  1. Brown and drain meat
  2. add 1/2 pkg of taco seasoning,rotel,1/2 sour cream,mushroom soup,
  3. mix thouroughly
  4. mix with cooked pasta in casserole dish
  5. top noodle mix with cheddar cheese
  6. place in oven on 350 for 15 minutes or untl cheese is melted and bubbly
  7. mix the rest of the taco seasoning in the left over sour cream set aside
  8. take out casserole lt cool for 15 minutes
  9. top casserole with sour cream mixture
  10. top with colby jack cheese
  11. serve
