Mexican Pasta Casserole

- 24 ounce sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cups colby jack cheese shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 pound hamburger meat shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seosoning shopping list
- 3 cups cooked pasta rotini shaped shopping list
- 1 can rotel shopping list
- 1/2 green onions shopping list
How to make it
- Brown and drain meat
- add 1/2 pkg of taco seasoning,rotel,1/2 sour cream,mushroom soup,
- mix thouroughly
- mix with cooked pasta in casserole dish
- top noodle mix with cheddar cheese
- place in oven on 350 for 15 minutes or untl cheese is melted and bubbly
- mix the rest of the taco seasoning in the left over sour cream set aside
- take out casserole lt cool for 15 minutes
- top casserole with sour cream mixture
- top with colby jack cheese
- serve
