An easy to make potato casserole that serves plenty of people. If you don't finish it for dinner it is just as good as hashbrowns for breakfast!

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of frozen potatoes o'brien
  • 16 oz of sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2-3 cups of shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • garlic salt, 2 tsp
  • 2 cups of corn flakes (crushed)
  • 6 tbsp of butter

Directions
  1. Mix together potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken, shredded cheese, salt, pepper and garlic and spread evenly in a 9x13 baking dish
  2. melt butter in microwave and mix in the corn flakes
  3. top potato mixture with cornflake mixture and bake in oven at 350 for one hour
