Ingredients
- 150 g digestive biscuits , crushed smooth shopping list
- 50 g butter shopping list
- ............................................................ shopping list
- 350 g Philadelphia cream cheese shopping list
- 150 g golden caster sugar shopping list
- 4 med eggs shopping list
- zest and juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- .................................. shopping list
- 300 ml sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Process the digestive biscuits and 50 butter and press it on the base of a 20 cm pan as a base .
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
- For filling , whizz the cream cheese , sugar , eggs , lemon zest and juice and essence until smooth .
- Bake for 30 mins .
- Cool for 10 mins .
- Spread the sour cream on top .
- Bake for another 10 mins .
- Cool .
- Chill overnite .
- Serve Cold .
