How to make it

  • Process the digestive biscuits and 50 butter and press it on the base of a 20 cm pan as a base .
  • Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  • For filling , whizz the cream cheese , sugar , eggs , lemon zest and juice and essence until smooth .
  • Bake for 30 mins .
  • Cool for 10 mins .
  • Spread the sour cream on top .
  • Bake for another 10 mins .
  • Cool .
  • Chill overnite .
  • Serve Cold .

    Really good recipe!!! everyone loved it but I took out the cheesecake more than 5mins early might be my oven but best check early!
