Grilled Salmon With Ginger-orange Mustad Glaze Recipe
A simply delicious way to grill and serve wild salmon. Even the kids will love it! In the wintertime, you can cook this on an indoor grill pan, or even under the broiler.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 ( 4 -5 ounce) salmon fillets or steaks (preferably wild, about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. Using needle nose pliers or tweezers remove all bones from the salmon.
  2. Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, ginger and honey in a large zip top bag. Add fish, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove fish from bag; reserve the marinade.
  4. Brush grill with olive oil; prepare to medium-high.
  5. Place fish on grill; cook to desired doneness about 5 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade.
  6. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil, boil 1 minute. Spoon glaze over fish and serve.
