Fresh easy to make original cheesecake! but it must be made the day before to set!

Ingredients
  • 1 package light creamcheese
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tub whipped cream (cool whip)
  • 1 box Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained well)

Directions
  1. Crust
  2. reserve 1/4 cup oreo crumbs for topping\
  3. melt 1/4 cup margarine
  4. mix the rest with 1/4 MELTED margarine
  5. press into 8x10 baking pan
  6. bake for 10 minutes at 400, set aside till cool
  7. blend creamcheese and icing sugar until smooth
  8. fold in whipped cream until well blended
  9. stir in pineapple
  10. place mixture in pan on top of the crust
  11. smooth out and sprinkle reserved oreo crumbs on top!
  12. chill for at least 6 hours
  13. best if made the day before consumption
