How to make it

  • Crust
  • reserve 1/4 cup oreo crumbs for topping\
  • melt 1/4 cup margarine
  • mix the rest with 1/4 MELTED margarine
  • press into 8x10 baking pan
  • bake for 10 minutes at 400, set aside till cool
  • blend creamcheese and icing sugar until smooth
  • fold in whipped cream until well blended
  • stir in pineapple
  • place mixture in pan on top of the crust
  • smooth out and sprinkle reserved oreo crumbs on top!
  • chill for at least 6 hours
  • best if made the day before consumption
