This comes in handy for unexpected company or power outage picnic. It surprises people to find out it is spam in the ham salad.

Ingredients
  • 1 can spam
  • 2 Tbls of pickle relish
  • 2 Tbls. of mayo
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 Tbls onion ( optional)

Directions
  1. Using a food processor chop up the ham to look like hamburger.
  2. ( do not over process)
  3. stir in the relish mayo, eggs and onion
  4. spread on soft rolls or bread for sandwiches. You will be surprised with the taste.
