Shrimp Riviera

- 3 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced onions shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoe sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a large skillet and saute celery, onion and garlic until tender. Sprinkle in flour and stir until light brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano and salt; simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp and olives. Continue cooking until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes. Serve on fluffy white rice tossed with sliced mushrooms which have been sauteed in butter.
