This dish adds a bit of flare to plain old turkey breast

Ingredients
  • 2 Turkey Tenderloins (1.5lbs Total)
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Medium Sized Onion
  • 1.5 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 of a 5oz Package of Garlic and Onion Croutons
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. In a small skillet melt butter and sauté onions and apples until slightly brown.
  2. De-glaze skillet with chicken broth.
  3. Combine croutons, apples, and onions in a bowl
  4. Slowly add chicken broth from skillet. You may not need all of the broth.
  5. Mix thoroughly and set aside.*
  6. Slice turkey to create a pocket for your stuffing.
  7. Place stuffing in turkey
  8. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes
  9. *Notes: I added dried cranberries to the stuffing. Another thought was to create a glaze or a rub to place on the turkey before baking.
