How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix flour, baking powder & salt and set aside.
  • Mix thoroughly the first 5 ingredients.
  • Blend in dry ingredients.
  • Roll into small balls about 3/4".
  • Place 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
  • Bake at 400 degrees 6 to 8 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
