Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes

2Tbs coconut flakes

2Tbs chopped pecans

1Tbs butter,melted

1Tbs brown sugar

Directions

Microwave sweet potatoes for 6 mins. Mix together coconut flakes,pecans,melted butter and brown sugar. Make a slit in the potato,top with filling. Bake at 400 oven for 12 mins
