Scrambled Eggs With Blue Cheese And Tomato

- 8 large eggs shopping list
- 2 ounces blue cheese shopping list
- 1 ripe tomato shopping list
- 1 teaspoon milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble cheese then finely chop tomato and whisk or beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Cook in microwave but for only 2 minutes at a time making sure to stop and stir well each time.
- Continue cooking until you reach desired texture.
