Greek Turkey Burgers

- 1 lb. ground turkey shopping list
- pitted kalamata olives shopping list
- feta shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- chives onion shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
- an olive based spread shopping list
How to make it
- Chop kalamata olives, feta, onion, parsley and chives.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl, except the spread.
- Make patties for the size burgers you would like.
- Brush with olive oil so they don't stick to the grill.
- Cook on the grill for 10 minutes on each side.
- Serve on a bun with a delicious olive based spread that you can purchase in the grocery store (a tapenade).
