- We love good burgers! And there are so many different variations of what can be done with one simple recipe. shopping list
- Whether grilling inside or out or skillet frying - this IS a good burger. shopping list
- Start with a good handful of finely minced onion to 1 lb ground chuck. Add kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, fresh minced parsley, fresh minced garlic, a pinch of onion powder and a splash of worcestershire sauce. Mix well and form into patties. shopping list
- Grill or skillet fry in olive oil and butter to desired doneness. Top with extra sharp white cheddar cheese and allow to melt slightly. shopping list
- These can be served on toasted bulkie rolls with any of your favorite toppings/condiments. Sometimes we have them with my marinated onion rings, lettuce, tomato and pickle. shopping list
- Sometimes I slice some baby bella mushrooms and saute in the pan juices and make a gravy (yes mushroom gravy over the extra sharp white Cheddar is really good!) and serve with mashed/smashed potatoes. shopping list
- Saute sliced onions with mushrooms as well if desired. shopping list
How to make it
- A nice pan gravy, cream gravy or hamburger gravy makes these extra special when served with taters of choice, salad or side and homemade rolls.
