How to make it

  • Cut the chicken in smaller pieces.
  • Add the cooked rice, flour, milk and egg whites to the chicken and purée it.Season with salt, mustard and finely chopped herbs.
  • Slice the leek very finely.
  • Chop the garlic.
  • Shred the carrot.
  • Sauté all these ingredients in the oil and add to the chicken mixture.
  • Verify the seasonings.
  • In the meantime heat the oven to 170ºC.
  • Grease a loaf tin.
  • Fill with the mixture and tap to release air bubbles.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil.
  • Bake for a further 15 minutes.
  • Unmould still warm, but serve cold.
