How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350' F
  • lightly coat 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with cooking spray
  • In large bowl combine flour, ww flour, sugar, pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt
  • in medium bowl combine pumpkin, eggs, oil and milk.
  • add pumpkin mixture and 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips to flour mixture.
  • stir until just combined
  • spread evenly in baking pan
  • sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top
  • bake about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • cool on a wire rack
  • cut into bars
