One day I had unexpected guests for dinner, and nothing to serve as dessert. Went to the freezer, dug up the vanilla ice cream, and thought: what am I going to do with this? So, this is not exactly a recipe... more of a help line - ever since.
Ingredients
- vanilla icecream shopping list
- irish cream liqueur shopping list
- Chopped nuts or crushed praline shopping list
How to make it
- Put one or two scoops of vanilla icecream in a individual bowl.
- Pour over a "generous" measure of Irish cream liqueur.
- Scatter some chopped nuts over.
