How to make it

  • Cook the unopened condensed milk for about 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  • Let it go completely cold and then open it.
  • Tip into a mixing bowl and whisk.
  • Have a suitable serving dish ready.
  • Submerge the biscuits, one by one, in the coffee.
  • Arrange in a circle (one in the centre and 6 around).
  • Cover with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Repeat the procedure until you run out of biscuits.
  • The last layer should be biscuit.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Spread the cooked condensed milk all over.
  • Decorate with cinnamon and coffee beans.
  • Chill, serve and enjoy!
