Bolo De Bolacha - Biscuit Cake Recipe
This is a recipe (again with many-many versions), quite traditional, my version being the best, naturally!

Ingredients
  • 1 can of condensed milk - 350 grs approx.
  • 0.3 litre whipping cream
  • 2 packets plain biscuits (200 grs each) - (here we call them Maria biscuits)
  • 3 cups sweetened strong coffee
  • Coffee beans
  • Cinnamon

Directions
  1. Cook the unopened condensed milk for about 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  2. Let it go completely cold and then open it.
  3. Tip into a mixing bowl and whisk.
  4. Have a suitable serving dish ready.
  5. Submerge the biscuits, one by one, in the coffee.
  6. Arrange in a circle (one in the centre and 6 around).
  7. Cover with a layer of whipped cream.
  8. Repeat the procedure until you run out of biscuits.
  9. The last layer should be biscuit.
  10. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  11. Spread the cooked condensed milk all over.
  12. Decorate with cinnamon and coffee beans.
  13. Chill, serve and enjoy!
