Bolo De Bolacha - Biscuit Cake

- 1 can of condensed milk - 350 grs approx. shopping list
- 0.3 litre whipping cream shopping list
- 2 packets plain biscuits (200 grs each) - (here we call them Maria biscuits) shopping list
- 3 cups sweetened strong coffee shopping list
- coffee beans shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the unopened condensed milk for about 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
- Let it go completely cold and then open it.
- Tip into a mixing bowl and whisk.
- Have a suitable serving dish ready.
- Submerge the biscuits, one by one, in the coffee.
- Arrange in a circle (one in the centre and 6 around).
- Cover with a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the procedure until you run out of biscuits.
- The last layer should be biscuit.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread the cooked condensed milk all over.
- Decorate with cinnamon and coffee beans.
- Chill, serve and enjoy!
