How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 220C.
  • Combine dry ingredients (oats, flour, sugar, salt.)
  • Combine milk, egg, and oil.
  • Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Do not overmix.
  • Mix in fruit, making sure not to overmix.
  • Spoon into paper muffin cases (in muffin tin), and bake for 20-25 minutes. Over-baked muffins will be tough.
