This entire meal takes less than 15 minutes to cook, is healthy and delicious. Even my five year old loved it.

Ingredients
  • 4 Tilapia filets (thawed)
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 large shallot, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 medium green squash (Zucchini), cut in half and quartered
  • 4 servings of Minute brand rice

Directions
  1. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large pan.
  2. Season fish with salt & pepper
  3. Cook fish on both sides unil done in oil
  4. Remove fish and quickly saute the zucchini, adding the garlic, shallots, most of the green onions and teriyaki sauce
  5. Serve beside rice, spooning suace from zucchini over fish and rice.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions
