How to make it

  • Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large pan.
  • Season fish with salt & pepper
  • Cook fish on both sides unil done in oil
  • Remove fish and quickly saute the zucchini, adding the garlic, shallots, most of the green onions and teriyaki sauce
  • Serve beside rice, spooning suace from zucchini over fish and rice.
  • Garnish with remaining green onions
