This salsa adds a unique flavor to anything you put it on. Great with beef or chicken. Add it to tacos, burritos, enchiladas or anything else you want to heat up.

If you don't want as much heat in this you can always use Anaheim Peppers or just Pablanos, but it will change the flavor a bit.

Mattie~i make salsa all the time. I like this recipe the best because you roasted the peppers. I just bought a case of Habanero and put them through the food processor seeds and all. HOT!! But really good. I am trying this tonight with my peppers and your recipe. Thanks Mattie. Sas
