How to make it

  • Quantities are not precise, as it depends on how much you enjoy this or that flavour.
  • Slit the olives lengthways.
  • Put them in a large-ish bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix well to evenly distribute all the elements.
  • Put into a jar and let it rest for about 2 weeks, before you serve them.

  • Although I only eat the olives, the oil mixture, with the peppers, onion and garlic, goes very well as a dip component, or as a stew seasoning.
