DON'T make these if you are a good girl (or a good boy!)! Once I start eating them, there is no stopping me - what makes me a VERY bad girl!

Ingredients
  • 185 grs melted butter
  • 1 cup finely groound almonds
  • 6 egg whites lightly beaten
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain flor
  • 100 grs strawberries thinly sliced
  • Extra icing sugar to dust

Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to moderately hot.
  2. Grease 12 muffin tins.
  3. Stand on oven tray.
  4. Combine butter, ground almonds egg whites, sugar and flour in medium bowl.
  5. Stir until just combined.
  6. Divide mixture among prepared tins.
  7. Scatter with strawberry slices,
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Turn onto wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Serve dusted with a little extra icing sugar.
