South American Wrap

- 1-1/2 cups cooked cubed chicken meat shopping list
- 1 cup cooked rice at room temperature shopping list
- 14-1/2-ounce can black beans drained shopping list
- 1 mango peeled pitted and diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 serrano pepper stemmed seeded and minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice whisked with 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 large flavored flour tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together all ingredients expect tortillas.
- Place filling 3/4 of the way down the center of a tortilla.
- Fold in sides then bring bottom portion of tortilla over filling.
- Continue rolling upward until wrap is closed then cut on an angle and serve.
