I love sweet potatoes. And I love butter. And I love recipes that specifically state it must be REAL butter. I've never eaten baked sweets w/out brown sugar, so I'll have to give these a try...TY 5th!

Grew up on SWEET sweet potatos and yams -- hated them. As an adult, I found that brown sugar and marshmellows (ick) do NOT have to be involved. I really like them with REAL (salted) butter. . . . . Another fun haiku from you -- keep 'em comming.

This looks and sounds very good. I will definitly give it a try.

Brava for insisting upon REAL ingredients. Yes, I am a purist snob. Real butter tastes best. Way to go!
