QUICK SOUTHWESTERN CHILI This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gingham Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds lean ground sirloin
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 3 cans black beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1 small white onion diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix

Directions
  1. Brown sirloin with onion then drain grease and all remaining ingredients.
  2. Stir to mix well then simmer 30 minutes.
