Pamelas Chicken Thighs

- Preheat oven to 400 shopping list
- chicken thighs shopping list
- Splash worcestershire sauce shopping list
- Dash red pepper flakes shopping list
- Tbs dried rosemary shopping list
- Splash balsamic vinegar shopping list
- EVOO shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Drizzle chicken thighs with worcestershire sauce
- sprinkle red pepper flakes, rosemary, balsamic vinegar
- season with salt
- Sear on both sides in hot skillet with EVOO
- Remove from pan and put in baking dish in oven for 35 minutes
- For the last 3 minutes, turn on broiler
- While chicken in cooking, melt butter in pan with chicken bits
- Saute onion, pepper and garlic.
- Pour in 1/2 cup white wine, scraping bits off the bottom of the pan
- Reduce
- Drizzle in balsamic vinegar and cook 1 more minute
- Season lightly with salt
- Pour over chicken and serve
- Great over rice!
