How to make it

  • Drizzle chicken thighs with worcestershire sauce
  • sprinkle red pepper flakes, rosemary, balsamic vinegar
  • season with salt
  • Sear on both sides in hot skillet with EVOO
  • Remove from pan and put in baking dish in oven for 35 minutes
  • For the last 3 minutes, turn on broiler
  • While chicken in cooking, melt butter in pan with chicken bits
  • Saute onion, pepper and garlic.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup white wine, scraping bits off the bottom of the pan
  • Reduce
  • Drizzle in balsamic vinegar and cook 1 more minute
  • Season lightly with salt
  • Pour over chicken and serve
  • Great over rice!
