Finger Millet Crepes

- 1 C Finger millet ( ragi ) flour shopping list
- 1/2 C Wheat ( atta ) flour shopping list
- 1/4 C rice flour ( optional ) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 onion thinly sliced ( optional ) shopping list
- 1 spring curry leaves sliced ( optional ) shopping list
- 1 green chilli sliced ( optional ) shopping list
- 2 to 3 cups water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything in a bowl along with 1 C water .
- Mix well with your hand to combine .
- Add more water to make a thin batter .
- .......................................................
- Heat a non stick flat pan. Grease it .
- Sprinkle a spoonful of batter on the pan to get a thin crepe.
- Wait till the dosai/crepes becomes a little crisp and start to loosen around the edges .
- Carefully loosen the dosai from the pan and flip.
- Cook on the other side too .
- Serve hot with Chutney .
