Savory Sausage Muffins

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 4 oz sausage removed from casing ( cooked ) shopping list
- OR shopping list
- I use 1/4 of Soyrizio a vegan soy sauage shopping list
- 1/2 green or red bell pepper finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk, buttermilk, soy milk, I used skim milk shopping list
- 6 tbs olive or other healthy oil shopping list
How to make it
- In one bowl combine sausage and peppers.
- In another bowl mix dry ingrdients.
- Then mix in sauage and pepper till well combined.
- In another bowl, mix all the liquid stuff ( oil, eggs and milk )
- Combine the wet and drys together just to blend well.
- Fill and divide into 12 small paper muffin cups or 9 medium muffin tins
- Bake in a preheated 400F about 15 to 2o or until firm and done.
- Remve to rack to cool
