Corn Casserole

My family loves this especially the kids. Goes with everything. Easy to make and tastes great reheated.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation
- Mix melted butter, sour cream, corn bread mix & creamed corn, mix while adding drained whole corn.
- Pour into oven proof bowl, cover, and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Add cheese to top and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese id melted. Serve warm.
