How to make it

  • Separate endives into individual leaves.
  • Wash and dry well.
  • Drain crab and squeeze dry.
  • Mix all ingredients for dressing together.
  • Toss with crab.
  • Place a heaping teaspoonful of mixture in each leaf.
  • This recipe makes about 48 individual appetizers.
  • At a ratio of three per person, this makes enough appetizers for 16 people.
