Shrimp Pasta Toss

- 8 ounce package macaroni cooked according to package shopping list
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp shopping list
- 2 cups canned pineapple tidbits (reserve syrup) shopping list
- 1 stalk celery sliced shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/4 cup corn oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons pineapple syrup shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parsley bits shopping list
How to make it
- Cook shrimp in remaining pineapple tidbits syrup with 1/2 teaspoon salt for 8 minutes.
- Cool then peel and dice shrimp.
- Combine with remaining ingredients except dressing then set aside.
- Combine ingredients for dressing in a large covered jar then shake well.
- Pour over pasta pineapple mixture then blend well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
